There are two secrets in this episode, and I'm not sure you got the second one. The first is Jim's secret about Pam. But the second is that Dwight caught Oscar with his boyfriend, after they had been out shopping and ice skating. Dwight thinks he's just caught Oscar playing hooky from work, but actually, it's revealed here for the first time that Oscar is gay, and it goes right over Dwight's head. So the joke is that Dwight thinks he's caught Oscar in a lie about skipping work, but he's totally oblivious to an even bigger secret, and Oscar is totally relieved that Dwight is still clueless.

My daughter worked at Hooter’s years ago and she told me that people came in constantly after watching this and would order the way Michael did. She said it took all of her strength not to kick the person or intentionally knock their drink onto them. Lol

@JohnnyInJapan My daughter worked hard and sometimes she had to pull double shifts on the weekends. She said most of the people that cracked the joke was very good natured and kidded her about it in an empathetic way. Some of her customers weren’t so good natured about it and some of the “joking” was borderline sexual harassment and her manager would have to step in. The fact that my daughter only said she felt like kicking the bad customers and never actually did it shouldn’t be considered her wanting to commit assault. I can’t believe I’m having to explain a lighthearted anecdote about my daughter because you immediately jump to shame her for being frustrated sometimes. She never actually did any of those things but I wouldn’t blame her if she did. Have a nice weekend.

The joke at the end about the bordello is that Michael was watching Cinemax late at night and cinemax shows softcore porn late at night. Hence, the very oddly specific storyline about having to work in a bordello 😂😂😂

The funniest part is when Dwight is like “who’s this?” in a way that makes the bf (Gil) think that Dwight is a jealous lover 😂. This is now the 2nd time Dwight has been seen as gay in this show so far 😂. The first was during the Office Olympics when Dwight went with Michael to close on his condo.
