To clarify Mexican spicy food doesn't tend to be like Asian spice where you get a kick of spice to your mouth, it tends to be sour hitting the sides of the mouth as opposed to the back of the throat.

Seeing these two suffer from the Takis Lollipops was hilarious. We actually have other lollipops that also have a lot of chilli that are meant for children to eat! They are sweet once you remove all the chillipowder. Edit: The things that Ollie said that look like gas tank warning just warn you that it has an excess of salt and calories, it was placed in all Mexican products by our health organization in hopes that we stop consuming so much of them. But I think it’s taking the opposite effect or we simply don’t care enough 😅😅.

In Mexico, they passed a law that junk food must be labeled with warnings such as "excess calories" and "excess sodium" to help combat obesity and unhealthy eating. They also made companies get rid of mascots in food to make it less fun looking for kids and discourage their consumption. Which was a bummer because we all knew and loved the mascots that have been around for decades. Bimbo, the bread company, began putting their mascot in all kinds of merch except their food. For a moment, there was talks of getting rid of Maruchan altogether.

Haha...Ollie, if you need more spice, just continue eating the Takis Fuego for like 10 minutes!

As a Mexican who started eating spicy stuff 15 years ago, I like it with Sriracha. I once accidentally swallowed a chunk of Taki with Sriracha and the sensation SUCKED.

The reason why they are so limey or lemony is because a lot of Mexican spice (and also American because both country are so close that they happen to influence each other ) is combined with lime and lemon so a lot of our spices are pretty sour-like.
