Ha-ha! Wonderful ad. "People will always need plates". But I have to agree with the comment below - BT are now abysmal. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. What do they care, eh? So long as they're pulling in new customers.

It would actually be what we need in life of course with Education saying that you needed Ceramics and Sociology or something like that .e.g. Art and Sociology to do ALevels instead of all this English and Maths trash!
