I cancelled a paid subscription yoga app because it was all show-off acrobatics clearly not designed for anyone but other show-offs, and started doing YWA. I would pay twice as much for her classes than I did for that terrible app. She makes yoga accessible for everyone from total beginners to the very experienced. There's no ego to her practice, and that's why it's so appealing.

Back then I didn't believe in yoga, I had never even considered doing it. But one day I don't know why, but I decided to try it. My first video was the one "yoga for releasing anger". You made me feel so safe. The kind of security I was trying so desperately to find. One and a half years later, I am in a much more stable place in my life. And it all thanks to you. I had happened upon Adriene's videos years before, but life got in the way and I never began a practice until the pandemic kept me home. Now Adriene's steady influence in my life is so reassuring, and I love the way she teaches with more intention than the fast flow classes held locally. I love her holistic attitude - running through all the reminders of which body areas to focus on during each pose. The way she varies the targeted body areas keeps me from feeling sore or overwhelmed or too challenged. Yet I've really noticed huge improvements in my flexibility and strength as time goes on. Cured my backpain and weird aches, made me appreciate my body, made me more patient with myself, and make me more aware of how I feel and why. I do yoga everyday first thing in the morning and every time I skip a few days, I immediately notice it during the day. Yoga was my kickstart to start a healthy and active lifestyle which made me overcome my binge eating disorder, think about what's best in the long run. Changed my birth control, changed to walking in barefoot shoes, got better therapy and I've overcome so many things. I'm way healthier and way more able to deal with my past (ptsd). While I was in physical therapy with a back injury my therapist actually recommended that I try her sessions for at home therapy. I hesitated at first, but then I tried her Yoga for beginners, and I absolutely felt my back get better ( not totally healed), but I felt better. Less pain and I gained more mobility as time went on. I felt so guilty....should have done it a long time ago. She is making a difference in people's lives. Keep going Adrienne. God Bless you❤

Love her! Had the honor of practicing yoga with her in LA in 2016 and her 30 day challenge last year helped me grief the death of my uncle. Thank you for you love and light Adriene 💕

A really great interview. Adriene sometimes seems too good to be true but every YWA video, every interview like this, just confirms how genuine and awesome she is. I am so grateful to have her in my life - she has helped me to be my best self and that is no small thing.

I've been doing her 30 day journeys hardly missing a day for a few months now. It was enjoyable to see the interview. The guy let her talk, which was great. I didn't know about the vocal surgeries or her early days with hardly any subscribers. Like I see Marcia mention in an earlier post Adriene attracts all comers. I avoided Yoga thinking I wasn't flexible enough to participate, but I am improving my flexibility among other things. She is awesome! Keeps me coming to the mat. Thanks everyone!

I love Adriana I think she does Yoga for everyone to do. I just love her nature, she feels warm. I love doing yoga with her at home. I have now gone back to her class right from the beginning. I have tried to classes 30 day Yoga and I just love those classes it allows me to give back to myself. I feel alive when I stick to those classes. I also listen to my body if it hurts don't do it and that's why I love her as she adapts the class for everyone. It is amazing and when I do a class I feel I have enriched my body. Just be mindful and enjoy your class.

I watched this right after day 7 of the latest 30 day yoga journey. Adriene has truly saved me from a physical ailment that was beginning to overtake my mental wellness and I started having powerful epiphanies which I now write down when they come to me. What a beautiful human being Adriene is thank you so much and namaste. 🙏

Adriene is a wonderful human being, a trainer, a leader and and a virtual friend. Have been following her since 2015 and am proud of her achievements and growth. Thank you Adriene, you truly changed my life.

I aspire to be like Adriene with my work. Devoted to service and helping others. I'm not a fan of social media and I don't aspire to be an influencer or be active on there at all. However, I want to help others be better. I love Adriene because i've been doing yoga with her for 8 years - since I was a teen! She was my first introduction to yoga, and I've never found anyone better, I don't follow her on socials, I simply tune every week to do yoga with her + I love supporting her. What a genuine, kind, devoted person. Now THAT is a true definition of an "influencer". So much love for her

she deserves every subscriber. Her timeless beauty (in and out) is just lovely. I used to avoid her because I thought she is so slow - but little did I know, that is WHAT i need the most - after 6 years, I am coming back to her and thats all I need. "SLOW down, let breath lead your movement, not the other way around'- the message I needed to hear. AT the end its truly about when YOU are READY! Thank you ADRIENE - all the best for you beautiful soul.

I burned out on Wall Street but that is not allowed. No breaks. I had to walk away from my career. Be thankful for your ability to control what and when you do or do not. ❤️. You are terrific!

Since finding her channel in 2015, her videos have helped me thru many dark periods of poor mental health and chronic physical health conditions. That her videos are free made all the difference.

She gave me, Mom of 2 multilingually raised kids working internationally a huge compliment by speaking about taking up her spanish class. I wish her sooo much buena suerte with it. Please, parents, never forget to gift your language and culture to your children. It makes the world a cosier place. I did it against all odds, but it was definitely a worthwhile journey. And its like yogaclass, if ever u miss out on it a day or a year, u can just start immediately again without any thought.

Thank you, Adriene! And I hope your mom is okay. I wonder if you could do yoga for parents sometime (and yoga for postpartum, etc, as well as yoga for people taking care of elder parents), to help people with the challenge of being (and failing at being) there as caregivers for others.

Her voice is calming and even if I can't keep up or do everything, I can close my eyes and her voice takes me to that next station. I'll keep doing my personal best. Thank you for the encouragement ❤️

Adrian is my angel. She saved me through the corona lockdowns and I'm still practicing with her videos 5 times a week. My body, soul and spirit are grateful to her!

Find What Feels Good and YWA lifer. ♥️ Adriene brought me from the idea that I had to shape myself in certain ways and poses and postures to be doing correct yoga to the truth that yoga is a personal journey to getting in touch with myself and loving myself enough to move and feel in my body and spirit exactly as I am from day to day. There is no wrong way to do it. Obviously her helpful guidances throughout each step to lovingly hold my body during so I’m supporting myself is important, but it’s just that special time to be with myself. I am so grateful to hear her voice and see sweet Benji every day!

Due to my job, I frequently moved from country to country which can be stressful, but wherever I was living, I had an appointment with Adriene on my yoga mat. Actually, I’ve been doing yoga with Adriene for the last 9 or 10 years.
