This took me by surprise. I've done plenty of mediations but during this one, I had the clearest image of my mum, who passed away 9 years ago, meeting my 1-year-old daughter. It was very emotional, but so very beautiful. Thank you ❤

I'm on the beach right now, first time in around 8 or 10 years, it's the end of summer, Friday night, the people around me are partying and drinking, and I had the courage to sit close to the shore and do this meditation 🥹. I felt them looking and when I opened my eyes I saw a bunch staring with curiosity, but I felt no anxiety or shame as I was sitting cross legged with my thumbs touching my ring fingers, and breathing. Thank you for showing me yoga and helping me claim my self-agency that I was so robbed of. I seriously owe you my life and hope this comment finds you. Greetings from Poland!❤

Have been practicing through this channel since 2018. This meditation was just what I needed after a particularly challenging Monday that resulted in frayed nerves. Yoga poses/planks etc are great, but sometimes, you just need to sit with yourself in stillness .Thank you, Adriene and Benji!

Wow, this is just what I needed! As someone who's always on the go, finding time to relax can be a challenge. But this 8-minute meditation is perfect for me because I can do it anywhere! I have been so busy with university assignments, work and my own anxieties, I haven’t meditated in a very long time, just restorative yoga Although I have noticed rushing thoughts as I do yoga, my body still, yet my mind still rushing I have forgotten the art of meditation, and this helped me really feel at peace, I cried at the end of this, I forgot how amazing it felt to really be in the present moment❤️🌷🙏 Thank you, Adrien💗

These practises have brought little bit of some light in my life in the past couple of months when It's been quite dark.
