This was the first time I've took 5 minutes out of my day to meditate and during that, I got emotional. No thoughts. Just tears filling my eyes, it felt good. I felt ... at peace.

This took me by surprise. I've done plenty of mediations but during this one, I had the clearest image of my mum, who passed away 9 years ago, meeting my 1-year-old daughter. It was very emotional, but so very beautiful. Thank you ❤

1000000 likes 👍🏼 for Adrien…. I clawed my way back from horrible chronic illness, taking 16 prescription drugs to a 100 lb weight loss and no prescription drugs doing your yoga. ❤️ thank you for explaining slowly, thoroughly and kindly and making this accessible to me.

Adriene😊! I'm on the beach right now, first time in around 8 or 10 years, it's the end of summer, Friday night, the people around me are partying and drinking, and I had the courage to sit close to the shore and do this meditation 🥹. I felt them looking and when I opened my eyes I saw a bunch staring with curiosity, but I felt no anxiety or shame as I was sitting cross legged with my thumbs touching my ring fingers, and breathing. Thank you for showing me yoga and helping me claim my self-agency that I was so robbed of. I seriously owe you my life and hope this comment finds you. Greetings from Poland!❤

Thank you Adriene. It's 1 am and I was up just looking around. The time change had me in bed at 7:30 and sleep before 9. My body and mind are very disoriented right now. This helped to ground me. Namaste.

Have been practicing through this channel since 2018. This meditation was just what I needed after a particularly challenging Monday that resulted in frayed nerves. Yoga poses/planks etc are great, but sometimes, you just need to sit with yourself in stillness .Thank you, Adriene and Benji!

Wow, this is just what I needed! As someone who's always on the go, finding time to relax can be a challenge. But this 8-minute meditation is perfect for me because I can do it anywhere! The guided instructions really helped me focus on my breathing and let go of any stress. Thank you for sharing this amazing meditation practice!

I have been so busy with university assignments, work and my own anxieties, I haven’t meditated in a very long time, just restorative yoga Although I have noticed rushing thoughts as I do yoga, my body still, yet my mind still rushing I have forgotten the art of meditation, and this helped me really feel at peace, I cried at the end of this, I forgot how amazing it felt to really be in the present moment❤️🌷🙏 Thank you, Adrien💗

Wanted to say warm thank you to Adrienne (and to my friend who introduced me to this channel). These practises have brought little bit of some light in my life in the past couple of months when It's been quite dark. My baby boy passed away in july and since then I have been trying to figure out this new weird life. But anyway this has helped me to keep my head above the surface

Blessed Beloved Beauties! Breathe Day - 27 is impeccable timing today. It is so peaceful. I concluded with this practice after a personal 30 - min chakra, sound therapy meditation.🧘🏾‍♀️ Then, I realigned my husband's chakras which was electrifying. Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase! 🦋♥️🦋
