Now keep on mind that she had this ridiculous schedule for years. Never a break. Not until she was pregnant basically. I would have lost my mind for a minute too. Geez. Even the director said they got a break, "but Britney hoped on a plane, flew through the night to dance for another 8 hours." Whew... I couldn't have done it. Props to Brit. It definitely got her to the top.

Problems in her private life plus crazy work schedule caused her meltdown. She was a little girl when she started her career and she became a world famous pop star at a very young age. People keep saying that Britney can't sing, but honestly I don't find anyone who can nail Britney's songs. Her voice is so unique, and the way she sings make her songs alive. Maybe she does not do great covers of songs that artists often do to show off their voice, but no one can do her songs as well as she does. It's an addictive voice.

Just like you are not the same person a decade ago. This woman is a strong woman, After all she went thru she picked herself back up and she's living the best way she can. You have to realized she's been thru a lot in the public eye and we don't know how it feels like to be judge by the world. For me I'm very thankful she's alive and well because in 2007/08 I honestly thought something bad would happen. And most people in Hollywood don't make it this far especially after having a mental breakdown. We have to thank god that she is well and still making music and performing. Please support her instead of saying I'm sad or she sounds different or look different. Appreciate the Britney Spears we have today. I still LOVE her to death and I will forever be a loyal fan and support her no matter what. God, time flies... the memories of being 16 again in 1999!! I remember watching this back then and buying her new album! Still have most of her albums today and other pop singers and groups. Melissa Joan Heart was in Drive Me Crazy and the title was changed from Next To You to Drive Me Crazy!

Britney is forever my inspiration. Such work ethic, talent and poise. She's been through so much. Living legend! And she was just 18 in this video.

Honestly I think Britney nowadays doesn't enjoy her work, she do it because at the end of the day it's her work and she knows how do it. But I have the feeling that she doesn't love it as in those days.

True story. I watched this over and over the summer of 1999 on MTV! (It ended with the video; a version better than what became the one most played and that is also the one on VEVO.)

Valerie Schmidt yeah I fell in love with her in the Blackout era. I looked for her older stuff after that and it was amazing. Now I'm a big Britney fan, even if they say she's flopping :)))) never gonna stop loving her ♥
@Sadieadler198811 жыл бұрын
yea same here! just saying blackout sucks compared to her old and new stuff. I bought the Album but don't listen to it much I liten to her old music a lot more because I grew up to the old Britney I was 12 yrs old at the time when I became a fan I'm now 25:)
@Sadieadler198811 жыл бұрын
so what I really meant was that I was a Fan since late 1999 or early 2000. 1998 is when Baby one more time came out. I was 11yrs old.
@chungbui376511 жыл бұрын
Valerie Schmidt yeah, I didn't know a thing about the music industrie until around 2006 - 2007. Blackout was when I actually acknowledged Britney Spears :p It's great that you've been her fan for so long. I've been her fan for only 7 years now and I'm not gonna stop supporting her in the future. Can't wait to get #BritneyJean on iTunes on Dec the 3rd :x
