I swear I remember a microphone. The thing with the Mandela effect stuff is.. it’s more of reality changing but our memories stay the same. Also if you look up old dolls of Britney in the red outfit they come with the microphone. Lots of Halloween costumes or people that dressed as Britney all made sure they had the microphone.. It’s all rather strange.

There’s residue online that shows there was a microphone for the video. She never wore the red cat suit in live performances: tons of costumes with the microphone, old videos from news channels, Lizzie McGuire. Obvi it wasn’t in the video… now 😉 but a lot of us have a different memory that is super clear. I vividly remember thinking “why is she wearing a headset in a music video” and then figuring it out because she was performing for the man on mars 😂 also I remember people saying she was trying to be Janet with the headset in the video. Concert wasn't till August, Oops incident happened in April. So yeah, even as a 13 year old, I wasn't dumb enough to fall for her trick and nothing was getting in my way of seeing Brit that August. I was determined and I was dedicated!
