Only found your channel last night and watched you react to Dr. Umar and was suggested "Without Me", you mentioned that you mostly know old Em and I'm psyched that you listened to this (and I see Lucky You as well). You're at the first pause and pretty obviously impressed. Similar to my experience, I listened to the first album when it came out as a 23-24 year old, then didn't pay attention to him until maybe 2 years ago. The first time i head this, I realized about... a little over a minute into the song, that my jaw was on the floor. Like, I SUDDENLY became aware of it. You ever have one of those moments, where you're awake and doing things, but then you "wake up" from a daze or something and realize that you're been on auto pilot for a minute. But, then you kinda get a little paranoid because you can't remember anything from the last few minutes and you don't know how long you've been spaced out? That's how I was listening to that first minute. And, I have a THOROUGH RESPECT and appreciation for Em, his music, his place in the culture, and... I either get all of his verses, or.. I look them up. Because he's such a genuis that I feel like I am missing something freely given to us if I don't.

Where have you been all our lives.. and honestly if you wanted listen to Eminem's work you should do that exactly. I know the video is older, but to answer your question of, " who sounds like that ", only the artists that influenced his cadence. Em himself has said that he would rewind and study just bars from guys like Rakim, Treach, etc., just to see if he could figure out why they used a particular cadence vs another during deliveries of bars during verses. The man literally studied bars. That type of dedication doesn't exist anymore. Em isn't just one of the GOAT's because of his catalog, he's one of them because of how many catalogs he studied before he even took his talents public. Just listen to Treach's opening bars in, " Feel Me Flow ". You will get Em vibes because he studied NBN like a school subject.

To answer your question on rappers that can keep up with Em’s lyricism and cadence, I think Tech N9ne, King Iso, Joey Cool (most likely a good number of artists on Strange Music’s label cause it seems like Tech N9ne only puts rappers on the label who can rap as fast as he can lol), Royce da 5’ 9, Joyner Lucas, Twista, and Busta Rhymes are who I can think of at the time of me writing this comment. Also, a suggestion for a future reaction video is Tech N9ne’s song called Face Off ft. Joey Cool, King Iso, and Dwayne Johnson. I feel like you’d really enjoy it.
