I thought the BMW would be faster than what it was but don’t know the weight of the car .Knew the mini would be quick since it’s around 113 grams Just an FYI the mini weighs around 124 grams with Carrera chip and lights

My guess is the Mini Cooper fastest and nicer to drive, depending on when this is filmed.

Bathurst 1966 was when the Morris Mini Cooper S took the first nine places of the 500 mile race for strictly stock cars. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJbLaayEepurnqc That race domination by the Minis at Bathurst was never achieved again by any car since and unlikely to happen in the future. Beat the Valiant V8 and Studebaker V8 cars racing that year as well as the Volvo 122S. Was also the first time a Skyline raced at Bathurst but the little known Prince Sykline 1500 a few years before Nissan took over the Prince car company and developed the Skyline quite a bit. 1966 was part of the first boom years for slot cars with quite a few in Australia getting for Christmas the Scalextric Mini racing set 33 with front wheel drive Minis. Nowhere near the performance of these BRM Minis though.

Great video. You can watch these race ( not including the Camaro ) in real life in a European series called Kampf der Zwerge / Battle of the Dwarfs. I'm guessing this series is what BRM are basing their cars on as BRM do the small Fiat Abarth & Simca as well. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z6jTXqmGdt2LqZY
