I am a big fan of BRM and Revoslot. They make excellent slot cars. Have a few of them, my favorites are the Alphas! Excellent review as usual. Remember that you can race these cars on Scalextric and other smaller track if you use aprons! Keep up the great work!

Awesome video as always! I love NSR and Revo Slot. I have 4 1/32 Revo Slot and the quality is really good. I really like the fit and finnish and the aluminum base and metal wheels. The Revo slot cars have such a great feel when you drive them. No mags of course. I really like the tires also. I have 3 more Revo Slots on my list. Then I will get 2 BRM 1/24. They are worth the money.

Nice run very similar to my BRM Alfa out of the box I thought it was a bit slow until watching this. I have found that taking the blue paper type cover off the motor made it run cooler. Thanks for the review

hi Trav the little tt will do better than that! Tippicly with these types of cars or more so these tyres they need about 50 laps on average to get up the temperature. now you could worm the car as some people do but I find afer 50 lape the BRM's and REVO's titen right up in a corner then you can start to really push them to the max. a nice worn BRM will realy deliver!! Just to be clear, it is not DPR: DPR stands for Digital Plug Ready. DPR is a term used by Scalextric to refer to cars with chassis where they have a hatch to plug compatible DPR chips. The cars also need to have a wire harness with a 4 JST male plug that fits in the DPR chip. BRM have just drilled holes in the chassis to align with the location of the sensors in the lane changers of the scalextric (centreline) and carrera (offset to the left).

Well aware of what DPR is mate ☺️ was just stating I don't believe it's DPR ready reverencing the chip in general terms but I appreciate the clarification

It doesn't look much but this thing is most certainly a work of art. I suspect you are running it at 14V? Maybe, like the Carreras at 124, it could safely pull a few more? There seems to be some slight oversteer but the robust guide is largely masking that. Some better rear tyres is what I would look to do. Yes, even though its box shape reminds me of something out of East Germany circa. 1980 - I am tempted. The yellow livery looks interesting too :)
