I’ve never done a 4 point on kickoff myself, but to make in educated guess I’d gurss it’s probably to force them to get better at there get offs, because more opportunities to use your get off = better at it, and also it forces them to straight up just be faster because of the outright disadvantage of just not being in a running stance
