Bravo, LaChanze!! Good for you for taking a seat at the table and making way for others to follow your path, as you have done. 👏🏾👏🏾

Bravo Queen! The work you do is sooo necessary and you should be commended. I went to school with you and my daughter is a musical theatre major and made her Broadway debut last year in Bad Cinderella and is currently touring with the Wiz. My daughter has shared so many of your sentiments that you expressed in this interview. Keep up the good work, so proud to see where life has taken you. I wish you all God’s best💖

La Chanze will always have my heart. I saw Once on this island-(the original & for me the only that counts) during pre-views and it was a mesmerizing experience. She is a warrior!

Sorry 9/11 took your husband. A fitting tribute, LaChance. However, Alvin Ailey, George C. Wolfe...just because you missed being overseen by African-American impresarios doesn't mean they didn't exist.
