For what do you need the dry ice if I may ask...

The dry ice is used to create the fog effect when they first arrive at the Phantom's lair! So it looks like they're floating on the lake when Christine and the Phantom are in the boat (the second half of "The Phantom of the Opera" and beginning of "Music of the Night." It usually makes the floor very slippery and many a Phantom and Christine have fallen on stage because of it.

Sierra Boggess and Norm Lewis aren't in The Phantom Of The Opera. Therefore, there will be no more Daae Days and we now have Dear Daae with Ali Ewoldt instead. These vlogs are usually meant to be eight episodes long so Sierra and Norm were already finished doing Daae Days episodes.
