Went for the 1st time to a broaster chicken by my house after 11 years 😂 I’d always walk by it and enjoy the smell emanating frontman the store , I used to be a KFC customer ,, but I can safely tell you not any more , your chicken is so crunchy and moist . KFCs is so freaking dry and most of the time the breading is soggy . Can’t believe I never tried you guys before!!

I found a Broaster Chicken inside a KenJo gas station. They had a drive-thru window. Broaster chicken doesn't taste like other fried chicken that I've eaten. It's a marinated chicken. It has a lot of flavor. They had mashed potatoes, okra, and buttered corn too.

@@BroasterCompany I was eating inside another restaurant and kept noticing all the cars at that KenJo gastation's drive-thru window. At first, I wasn't sure why there were so many cars in their parking lot. There is a Kentucky Fried Chicken in the center of town. Many people prefer the taste of Broaster chicken, and they don't have to spend thirty minutes driving into town and back. It's more covenient for them to order from that KenJo gas station.

@@BroasterCompany Have not seen them around here in central Jersey, I recall passing a place in Pa, but never stopped, they had the Broasted sign, which caught my eye. My father's place was in Union City N.J., he had a bar, and a Chicken take out next door, take out and eat at the bar, the potatoes and chicken was the BEST, always. I have to make a point of stopping at a Broasted Chicken place, places should have signs out front, BROASTED Chicken, not just fried, but BROASTED!!

My father was a head chef and got it in to that restaurant it was a big hit and this was back in the 70's & 80's I grew up eating that stuff.

@@BroasterCompany it's Omm market in sacramento California there use to be one in Colusa ca about 45 minutes from sacramento but they shut down due to the pandemic. We sale all your products from the Cajun catfish the wedges the tenders whole cut chickens both spicy and crispy and regular we make our own mild sauce similar to Harold's of Chicago's. I personally make a broaster Cajun catfish sandwich that customers love and also we do a chicken club sandwich and catfish club sandwich both those are in high demand. The hand breaded tenders are my favorite and your guys broaster hot wings are my favorite I had to stop eating them everyday became addiction !

Broasted Chicken is still my favourite since my childhood. No matter how many times I've tried Kentucky Fried Chicken, Popeye's Chicken, Dixie Lee Chicken here in Canada and Mary Brown's Fried Chicken here in Canada no chicken personally to me tastes as good as Broasted Chicken

My dad was the head chef of a resteraught I'm not sure how he found out about it but he ended up talking the owner into a broaster to try it and it was a big hit they ended up needing two more brosters because the one was not big enough and everyone around love the stuff I was raised on the stuff that was back in the 80's the restaurant ended up burning down and my father found another job at another restaurant and he ended up talking the owner into getting them and he did got 2 broasters and once again it sold like hot cakes even my father he loved it even though he had to cook it all day every day on his day off we would order broasted chicken. My father is retired now and I am older and have not had broasted chicken in a while but if I ever find a place that has the real Genuine Broaster Chicken I'm going to order some chicken and broasted potatoes because it's good stuff KFC or the other chicken places can't compete to that stuff.

I loved relishing and gourmandizing Buddy's Broasters here in Janakpuri South West Delhi NCT, India and it reminded me so much of chicken rotisseried that I also used to relish in North Africa and the Mediterranean countries. The bread layer on the chicken hardens and deep fries the juicy chicken inside, which tastes great! Do you have any plans of opportunities here in South West Delhi, India anytime soon?
