I made the broccoli rabe in the oven according to your recipe. I loved it but my Italian husband said he preferred it the way I usually make it by sautéing the rabe in garlic and oil with a tiny bit of water in a covered pan. I guess that is how I will be making it from now on.

This is exactly how broccoli Rabe is supposed to be made!!! I was looking for recipes and they were saying 2 tbs. Olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic bahahaha 😂 I'm making it now and my kitchen smells like a South Philly deli I'm in heaven. Thanks buddy prefect recipe

I wish I had viewed this yesterday, I blanched 2 bunches (I usually do 3 😋) for a big pot Sunday meal and leftovers. I dumped out the green blanching water ☹ I will differently try & most likely this will be my method from now on. It just seems so right 👍👍 Thank you so much!
