How he started out is amazing. His village got internet and he was impressed with American bodybuilders so started his own gym on his farm. He didn't have proper equipment do used wooden planks,buckets ,tractor parts etc etc. Then he started eating heaps of eggs and drinking milk and was teased at school for constantly munching oats. I suppose he showed them they are probably still farming potatoes while he goes around the world living 'the life' with his hot wife!!!

@@noexcuses5524 there's nothing wrong with protein shakes, anatoli probably has had a few in his life but probably doesn't drink them on a regular basis, what you speak of is steroids. Loose skin can occur in bodybuilders that take steroids then lose that muscle or get off steroids because the sheer amount of muscle they gain during that time stretches their skin to the point where it becomes saggy once they lose it

Spiders can do better
@skitidet4302
@skitidet4302 11 ай бұрын
@@zy9662 Not really. If you use lifted weight/body weight as your metric of success. It favors smaller lifters every time, just like using plain weight lifted benefits bigger lifters every time. If you actually look at what is going on, you find out that mass is proportional to volume, so if you scale up an object by a factor of 2, the mass would increase by a factor of 8. Strength however is generated from muscles which strength is proportional to their cross sectional area, thus if you scale them up by a factor of 2 then you get 4 times the strength. So if you have a spider that weighs a 1000th of what a human weighs, it should still be able to lift one 100th of what a human would lift. So if you use the erroneous pound for pound metric it seems 10 times stronger than a human but it's actually operating at the exact same strength per square unit of it's muscles.
