When you release the disk it should be close to perpendicular to the ground (vertical) when you're throwing longer distances More wrist flick = more spin on disk = better throw, takes longer to even out You don't want to throw it too high or too low, but just the perfect combination Once you can throw a nice distance ( 35- 50 ft) with the disk evening out well (without wobble) experiment with different techniques - techniques with more wrist flick, techniques with more power, different releases

To you guys telling him to do this outdoors, I was just watching him at the Club Semifinals and he threw it full length field. I watched, and envied. Also, there was a hurricane hitting us at the moment. At least 15+ mph winds.
