Yeshua(Jesus) the Christ loves you! Praise YHWH El Shaddai and may He bless you! Christ is the King of kings and Lord of lords! (YHWH - the LORD) (El Shaddai - God Almighty) To those who haven’t; Repent of your sins and believe on the Adon Jesus the Christ, believe in your heart that He has died for your sins and rose from the tomb on the third day and you shall receive the Holy Spirit of God and He shall dwell within you. You shall be saved. Be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit! - Jesus the Christ loves you, praise YHWH our Elohim - Evidence for Jesus Christ’s existence, crucifixion, and disappearance from the tomb (He rose from it): The Lord Jesus Christ did exist, gathered disciples, and was crucified and went missing from the tomb. To argue about wether He was taken from the grave or rose from it, is an argument a skeptic can make. Because well if you disregard the eye witness testimony of the disciples and there willingness to die for Christ, and humans won’t die for something they know is a lie, when Peter is pinned upside down to that cross, he could have said that it was a fake, but He didn’t because it wasn’t, what care would he have about death in this world if he knew for a fact he had assurance of a life in another, Jesus Christ did rise from the tomb and is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Now the evidence for the Lord Jesus Christ’s existence really isn’t hard to find a multitude of non-Christian scholars and historians mention Him within 150 years after the time of His life. One such is Tacitus a Roman historian who reported on emperor nero’s decision to blame the Christians for the fire that had destroyed rome in 64 AD. Tacitus wrote: “Nero fastened the guilt ... on a class hated for their abominations, called Christians by the populace. Christus, from whom the name had its origin, suffered the extreme penalty during the reign of Tiberius at the hands of ... Pontius Pilatus, and a most mischievous superstition, thus checked for the moment, again broke out not only in Judaea, the first source of the evil, but even in Rome…” In this Tacitus makes reference to not only Christians, but Christ calling Him Christus and confirming the Gospels going on to say that He suffered the extreme penalty (crucifixion) under the reign of Tiberius and by the sentence of Pontius Pilate, which like I said confirms the Gospels narrative. Another important source of evidence about Jesus and early Christianity can be found in the letters of Pliny the Younger to Emperor Trajan. Pliny was the Roman governor of Bithynia in Asia Minor. In one of his letters, dated around A.D. 112, he asks Trajan's advice about the appropriate way to conduct legal proceedings against those accused of being Christians. Pliny says that he needed to consult the emperor about this issue because a great multitude of every age, class, and sex stood accused of Christianity. At one point in his letter, Pliny relates some of the information he has learned about these Christians: “They were in the habit of meeting on a certain fixed day before it was light, when they sang in alternate verses a hymn to Christ, as to a god, and bound themselves by a solemn oath, not to any wicked deeds, but never to commit any fraud, theft or adultery, never to falsify their word, nor deny a trust when they should be called upon to deliver it up; after which it was their custom to separate, and then reassemble to partake of food - but food of an ordinary and innocent kind.” This passage provides a number of interesting insights into the beliefs and practices of early Christians. First, we see that Christians regularly met on a certain fixed day for worship. Second, their worship was directed to Christ, demonstrating that they firmly believed in His divinity. Furthermore, one scholar interprets Pliny's statement that hymns were sung to Christ, "as to a god", as a reference to the rather distinctive fact that, "unlike other gods who were worshipped, Christ was a person who had lived on earth." If this interpretation is correct, Pliny understood that Christians were worshipping an actual historical person as God! Of course, this agrees perfectly with the New Testament doctrine that Jesus was both God and man. You may have heard of the scholar Flavius Josephus who mentioned James as being the brother of the Lord Jesus Christ, which matches what Paul said calling James “The Lord’s brother” and there is another document that Josephus may have written which goes: “About this time there lived Jesus, a wise man, if indeed one ought to call him a man. For he ... wrought surprising feats.... He was the Christ. When Pilate ...condemned him to be crucified, those who had . . . come to love him did not give up their affection for him. On the third day he appeared ... restored to life.... And the tribe of Christians ... has ... not disappeared.” Now it’s up to debate wether this is the entirely original document of what Josephus wrote, or if a Christian had edited it. But regardless he wrote about the Lord Jesus Christ. Wether it was negative or positive like the possible document is. Anyways there are many other statements, documents, letters, and writings of all sorts from the ancient world talking about the Lord Jesus Christ and there is not one question if He was a real person or if He was crucified and went missing from the grave. That is clear as day, He is a real person, was crucified, and went missing from the grave. And He did rise from the grave. And for more evidence of the Lord Jesus Christ, there’s the Bible and you see there is no evidence the Bible is corrupted, a lie, created by the Roman government, folktale. It is the recount of the Disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, now wether you want to believe it is up to you. And what profit was there in spreading Christianity, All the early Christian suffered persecution, beatings, and were killed. Another Scholar reported that James the Lord’s Brother was thrown off a building and then stoned to death for spreading the Gospel in Jerusalem. These people went to great lengths even giving their own lives for the Adon Jesus the Christ.

Exactly. If Brok hadn’t figured out that Tyr was Odin in disguise, the entire Ragnarök plan would have failed. Odin would’ve escaped with the mask as Tyr in disguise, and the plan to set up Ragnarök would’ve failed as Odin would’ve overheard everything they were planning. People don’t realise Brok literally saved everybody when he confronted Tyr/Odin, not to mention he outsmarted everybody including the smartest man alive, Mimir.

Kratos's emotional growth in these 2 games has been a joy to behold. He knew Brok was spiraling and on the edge of falling into despair, shame about being incomplete, and feeling betrayed. So he took a tough love approach which would suit Brok's rough-edged personality, slamming the spear down to break him out of it and then showing the kindest and greatest respect he could as a warrior; kneeling down to his height and offering up the new spear to Brok to receive his blessing. Gods have a tendency to look down on other mortals and races, in both power and stature; so to kneel down to a dwarf, who have been oppressed by gods for so long... it's a beautiful show of how Kratos is different and truly respected Brok. I love this scene.

That would only fuel Sindri's drive to revive his brother again, but it's not what Brok wanted. He wants Sindri to let him go and that's why he's struggling. All of his wants and needs are telling him to get his brother back, but his love for his brother is telling him to respect his wishes so he's at war with himself. Besides, Kratos' Grecian afterlife is much different than the Norse; it's a one way trip here where there was a possibility of revival in Greece. Hades had to grant it, usually, but Kratos' rage was enough to bypass that and fight his way out.

The devs handled how individuals deal with grief amazingly! Freya went from being on a quest of vengeance to slowly being accustomed to let those who were a direct reason for her sons death live; Kratos learning to not let the death of both his previous family and Faye lead him down the same path of rage and let Atreus forge his own path, and Sindri… an amazing portrayal how a person can be completely destroyed in every which way from a loved one’s death. A kind, neat man turned into a cold individual who has little reason to care for himself beyond the basic necessities. His usual need to keep himself tidy, clean completely forgone, his armor still stained in his brothers blood, his clothes torn and stained, his gloved that he would always wear are no where to be seen, and his usually bright, cheerful with optimism missing, looking lost, distant and cold, his anger towards Atreus turned closer to disdain, blaming him for something that even he itself didn’t see, only something Brok, his brother, was able to notice. Hopefully we’ll see Sindri slowly come to be his old self again, though he won’t ever truly be the exact same person.

I think it's implied that he lost his direction soul part, which is the part responsible for finding its way to the light of Alfheim, if any of the parts would be non retrievable it would be the part that has already found its way into the light. It might also mean that since he has died without his direction soul, whatever is left of his soul will never be able to return to the light of Alfheim without guidance or outside help, which could mean his soul is still around in some way or another but it could also mean we have no idea where it went since it will not be where it should be. I'm imagining that we are likely to find his soul again somewhere down the line, but there's no telling how intact whatever is left of his soul will be, he could turn into a monster of some kind like a weight. If they really want to fuel the water-works, when we DO find his soul it will be so deteriorated that he doesn't even remember himself or his family. Plus, if most of his soul ISN'T in the light of Alfheim then he might not be reincarnated when the whole Ragnarok time-loop thing happens, assuming they really want this to be a sad moment moving forward.

Fr, people act like this is just Atreus screwing up and he doesn't suffer from it at all, but if we're gonna give sindri, a god knows how old man, the benefit of the doubt of 'he was grieving and Trey was using him' then we need to give the same to a literal teenager going through insane shit after insane shit, 'he had a strong bond with both of them and now not only is being blamed for it by the one he was closer to but likely by himself'. But because he's a dumb teen it's okay to throw him under the bus I guess

Sindri closing off from Kratos and Atreus is really bittersweet. Sindri have been part of the family for 3 years before Ragnarok and Brok's second death destroyed whatever goodwill Sindri had with Kratos and his son. As for Brok? His existence would be the worst thing because he already died and was resurrected by his brother. Now his soul wanders the afterlife for eternity never being able to go in peace. After defeating Odin, the ending we got feels bittersweet in some areas

People seem to think Kratos _became_ caring in these games. He didn't, he always had a heart of gold. He has suffered through so much specifically because of how much he cares. For crying out loud, he named his son after a fellow Spartan who was joyful and happy, who Kratos would think about for comfort in years to come. Kratos didn't become caring, he became emotionally vulnerable. He broke free from deep psychological trauma and an upbringing of emotional suppression. What's powerful about moments like this is it shows Kratos has finally opened his heart up to the world, just like Faye wanted.

Sindri being consumed by vengeance and actively blaming Kratos and Atreus feels a bit off when a good chunk of the game is about people learning to let go, Sindri himself mentions that it was not his decision to make to bring back his brother, but all that development kinda just went off the window for him. Him being angry at Kratos and Atreus "just taking" also makes little sense when it wasn't even implied he ever thought that about them. He knew the risks perfectly, but acts like it's Kratos and Atreus's fault that Brok died.
@ChNepheroth
@ChNepheroth Жыл бұрын
Sindri was griefing and at the moment he was looking for a person to blame which was Odin but since he cannot get to him he focuses the anger to the people that allowed him to get in his house and cause Broks death. It is easy to talk from the sidelines as a spectator but if anyone would be in his shoes they would see the situation in a similar way, its just the way it is.
@baoser9749

I mean, that's kind of what grief does to someone. They become angry and depressed, they blame everyone around them, including themselves. Some people, like Kratos, Atreus, and Freya might be able to let go, but others like Sindri can't for a very long time and I like how the game shows this.

it is what kratos said , mourn how you wish.... Grief is one of the most powerfull emotions next to hate and love. Grief means you loved so much more. when you "truely" grief , you can't feel emoitions clearly again. that is what sindri is doing, he is taking the path kratos once did of vengeance.... Spoilers..... i hope a dlc comes where he gets peace... because you can not tell me he got it after he killed odin.

I love how to mesh everything together the developers gave a personality to the blacksmiths, and their story, their motives, and instead of these just being 2 boring "what can i do for ya?" Npcs you feel for them and get involved with them so when something goes array you worry that what happened to brok was coming. The character writing in every single character in this game is so beautifully crafted.

The worst thing about all this is poor Sindri has to live the regret and shame of how he lied to his brother and watched him die twice. Sindri was broken and alienated everyone else around him after the event. My theory is after Sindri disappears during the events of the finale he becomes a dragon as the other dwarves from god of war 2018 have. He lost all hope and what kills him the most is he denied Brok a proper afterlife.

"I thought we were his family too?" "We were." it's a very powerful realization for Atreus, that no matter how close you get to people, trauma will sever ties. Trauma can ruin nations and break down the toughest of walls, all they can really do is give Sindri time and space. Unfortunately they had to siege Asgard, which didn't help at all.

Brok is the best GoW character, without him Odin would've never been found out, more people would've been harmed as a result and their plan might not have worked in the end. Plus I love Brok and Sindri's chemistry, they make for some amazing dialog and moments. Honestly I never thought I'd like someone more than Kratos in this series, kudos to the developers for being able to change that.

I have to say the cinnamontography utilized to show the death of Brok and the utilization of visual storytelling in this game is amazing. Noting how it's done when he does die all of the background is faded out allowing for the primary focus of those two characters reflecting the state of mind and emphasizing the loss. It's also shown later in the game and after his death when you find him his armor has become rusted and worn instead of being kept spotless and clean showing a disregard for his own health and upkeep demonstrating a deep level of depression within the character. And that's this is only a small section of the story done for this game I'm honestly blown away in awestruck to the level of writing that has gone into these modern God of war games. Let's face it 10 or 15 years ago nobody would have ever looked at God of war and went That's a well-written story.
