I can think of no one today that comes close to even halfway qualify for this award. The press is a far cry from the days of true journalists.

John Chancellor and Tom Brokaw...wise voices who didn't/don't take things at face value, and held/hold the real truth above all else. They did their jobs right, and didn't pander to anyone...the way a real journalist should be.

@RaginRonic6 жыл бұрын
It was Tom....in fact, it was 10 years ago that happened, during the 2008 U.S. presidential campaign. Tim's death hit NBC News REALLY hard. o.o
@hollypietrzak52146 жыл бұрын
Ragin' Ronic why couldn't they get Brian Williams or anyone else to Announce his death Anyway?

The news media/entertainment “TV” industry is still heavily weighed against conservatives and still has a very liberal agenda. Thank heavens some on Fox, Newsmax, OANN, & Next News are starting to offer an alternative to the the industry main (lame) stream.

I could never figure out how Brokaw got to where he did with that speech impediment of his. Barbara Walters either. He couldn't pronounce his Ls correctly and she couldn't pronounce her Rs. Gilda Radner made a career out of "Baba Wawa."
