Marty, you might not see this but just in case you do, I just wanted to tell you how your videos got me through and are still getting me through my lowest point of my life. I just turned 21 years old back in May, and I lost my Mother in April, and then in July i lost my Grandma. Both of which I lived with. Your videos are helping my heal, helping me think that everything will be ok. Your videos are continuing to help me keep thinking positive. I greatly appreciated all the hard work you do to put into these videos, and showing the world that anyone can accomplish their dreams. Thank you Marty

Done some research on that goat islands and found some crazy stuff. As far as the bridge goes, from what I seen they had started to build it and mever finished do to a hurricane. Dont understand why they never went back to finish it but also seen that it was believed that goat island might have been old gulf city, later on was correct to find out that a man named Ben had found the island and was to believed that they had buried bodies and then put a crap load of sand around the island to help cover up the bodies. Yhis is what I was reading not sure how trie that part was or why the bridge was never finished but thats why you see it half done then it disappeared was because of a hurricane.

Marty, Sir you are doing a very great job. Just couple things for your consideration to help emerging your business: 1. Identify many interesting spot either for chill out or fishing spot 2. Make a map, so that the customers can share and perhaps planning to come back later with friends or colleagues 3. Perhaps on some occasion make some special event like lamp event, lamp-ion or firework for gathering, you can invite your network too plus get some sponsor to it. 4. Make a package of tour including some cups of coffee or snack will do. Lunch will be awesome. 5. Perhaps you can open a lounge or small coffee in the corner, maybe Restaurant someday. 6. Another tips for you, you can always give customers another level of experience by give them footage videos like couples minutes for their Instagram. it also build your relationship with customers, as a plus is free promotion and viral as they will make snowball effect, indeed an online marketing. I'd love to come to hang out with you and friend, yet I am still here in Japan. Someday who knows. Masamir Kahn

Those Bass Raiders are the best. I spend alot of time on Estero Bay in mine loaded with gear and hammock camping in mangroves. I dont fish much. I just enjoy it out there. You should give Estero a try and launch your pelican at lovers key. It's only a 2.5 hour drive. I need to check it out up there too sometime.

Marty, decades ago they tried selling real estate houses on Goat Island, hence the bridge. The bridge fell into disrepair shortly after construction and the project abandoned. No structures were ever built on the island. Goat Island is now owned by the county, so it's public domain.
