@@moink789If there's any validity in in what you say then it cuts both ways. Muslim children would be equally brainwashed. However the explanation is pretty good and rather simple for Christianity. I've been on the same topic with Muslims for probably 5 or 6 years. As soon as I demonstrate to a Muslim how strong the Christian case is then.......oops it's time to change the subject. No. Not so fast. Let's now prove how ridiculous Islam is. Then it's something like "Why don't you write to a scholar and ask those questions? I'm not a scholar." I see this again and again.

@@mlulekibb well that's a lie. Plus the leading philosophers across the world that came upon the belief that god exists, came to the conclusion of the god present in islam. The christian case is weak at best and at worse a joke, I say a joke because even though I don't believe in christianity it hurts when I see people make fun out of what people worship. Atheists don't have an argument for god NOT existing as at most they say I don't know, but they can easily target a god that was once a "human" or has a figure like in hindu or western gods. Sadly even though muslims explained that god is something outside creation and we can't imagine god, in their subconscious do to media propaganda since they where kids. An image of a white god with a long white beard wearing a white robe between the clouds developed. In islam we are to ask and question what is around us, we are a religion that supports curiosity but with dou diligence. Btw what is the good and simple explanation for christianity and what questions about islam do you have, I'm curious. Trinity in a nutshell: Jesus is the son of god. Jesus is god. God is angry or wants to forgive people for their sins but still be Just (ie punish someone). So he sends down his son. Cause obvi u should punish ur son when someone else does a mistake. OBVIOUSLY. But jesus is god. So the father sends down himself. Cause why not punish ur human clone, right? Anyway jesus or son of god or god is born. Mary is breastfeeding jesus. Mary is breastfeeding god. The one who created her breast is suckling of her breast. Cause why not. The creater of the world obvi has to go through all these things to forgive people. The son grows up and eats and drinks and sleeps like normal humans. Obvi preparing to die. He reminds people about the commandments and tells them to stay away from many sins. But who cares. Cause he is gonna die for their sins anyway. So let them do whatever they want to right. He tells them to pray to god PROSTRATING. But why not tell them to prostrate to himself cause he is god right? Someone asks him about the final hour. He said he doesnt know, the angels in the heaven dont know. Only the father knows. The father is god. But jesus is god. Why did one part of god not have some information the other one does. What about the holy spirit? The son dies on the cross asking why god would abandon him. But he is god. So he is having a chat with himself while he dies. Jesus dies. For the sins of the people so god, ie jesus can forgive them. So he is dying to protect the people of his own wrath. So The son of god dies. But he is also god, so god dies I mean god is killed by humans. Or did god not know that was gonna happen? So that means jesus or son of god or God committed suicide. God was dead for some time. Who was taking care of everything? The father. Who is that? God. But jesus died. But he is the son of god. Who is jesus? God. The reason why we cannot understand the nature of god through trinity is because it isnt the truth. It isnt fitrah (natural inclination) of humans to understand this as we are born believing in one true creator to whom we should submit. so Trinity is something that just doesnt make sense to our soul. May The God guide us all.

@Mozinwrath Why is it that the main doctrine of christianity so hard to understand?! I mean I cant make sense of what youre trying to say here! Why cant you just be convinced that Jesus was a prophet of God? I mean whyyyyy nottttt? Whats so wrong about that?! He will still be sacred and holy just like he is to us muslims... We love him and cherish him as a prophet NOT a god nor a son of God. He is mentioned in the Quran by name 25 times which is 20 times more than prophet Mohameds name.. and all his mentions are praise. What the hell is wrong with you christians?! Thinkkkkk for Allahs sake. Besides, how do u expect me to follow Jesus when he is a spirit in a form of a man?! I just cant because I need a man like me to follow... Prophet Mohammed was merely a human being just like me.. he got married and had children and lived his life just like a normal human being; now this is what I can follow as an example because he had similar nature as mine, and I dont need no body to die for my sins... Im accountable for my actions.......Fair enough! One last thing...did u read the old testament? The disgraceful part in it about prophet Lut having sex with his two daughter! U call that a holy book?! U want me to read this to my children? Even in the bible there are parts which are disgraceful.... Unlike the Quran.
@bahaabukhait3765 жыл бұрын
@Mozinwrath we warship Mohammed?! Mohamned is dead, and we dont even have a single drawing of him! Besides, it would have been much easier for him to verify christian false belief about Jesus; he wouldnt have been opposed severely by the Jews in his time! What do you know about Mohammed? We know hes gone and can do us no good nor harm...we do cherish him and very grateful to him...but thats it... No more. He is not god nor the son of god...he was a just messenger from god.... unlike u who still cannot figure out what Jesus exactly is!!!!

LOVE, FEAR & HOPE One of the most beautiful things about the concept of worship in Islam is the truly unique way in which it incorporates the feeling of love, fear and hope within the hearts of the worshippers of Allah. Understanding how to combine these three qualities into the worship (ibadah) of Allah is one of the most essential things that every Muslim must grasp, not least because every sect which has drifted from the Straight Path has strayed in the aspect of worship. The deviation of the other religions in this regard is clear for all to see: "God is love! Jesus is love!" say the Christians, denying the fact that Allah should be feared too. As for the Jews, their hearts were filled only with hope; hope that the Fire will never touch them, since they were the "Promised People". In Islam however, no worship is complete without the presence of all three qualities: love of Allah, hope in His Mercy and fear of His Punishment. Contemplate the opening Surah of the Qur'an - Surah al-Fatihah - and you will see this for yourself. Ayah 1: "All praise [and thanks] is for Allah, Rabb of all the worlds." In this opening ayah (verse) of the Qur'an, we have LOVE of Allah and every time we recite this ayah we are testifying to our love for Allah. How is that you ask? It is because in the ayah, we are acknowledging that Allah is our Rabb and the Rabb of all the worlds. Rabb is usually translated as 'the Lord', but this translation does not do justification to this name of Allah and all the meanings this name carries. In reality, Rabb means that Allah is the Creator of everything; He sustains and nourishes everything; He gives life and Death; anything good that we have is from Him; everything is dependant on Him and nothing can happen unless He wills it. Furthermore, for the Muslims He - the Rabb - in the One who has guided us to the Truth and given us good morals and manners. Thus when we testify that Allah is our Rabb, then we are acknowledging that He is the One who has given us so many blessings - so many that if we try to enumerate His blessings, we would be unable to do so. So how could we not but LOVE Him? After all, we all love those who show kindness towards us or present us with gifts. And therefore the Messenger of Allah sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam encouraged the exchange of gifts between Muslims because it helps to strengthen ties and develop love for one another. He sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam said, "Give gifts to one another, you will come to love one another." [Collected by Imam al-Bukhari in al-Adab al-Mufrad and declared hasan by al-Albani in al-Irwa' (1601)] So imagine the LOVE we should have for our Rabb who has given us everything: nice families, shelter, security, food, health and above all the Guidance of Islam and the Sunnah. We should be overwhelming in our love for Him. That is why we praise Him and thank Him and say, "All praise (and thanks) is for Allah, Rabbil-'alameen." Ayah 2: "The Rahman (Merciful) and the Rahim (Mercy-Giving)." In the first ayah of Surah al-Fatihah, Allah mentioned He was the Rabb. In this ayah two more of His Beautiful Names are mentioned: ar-Rahman and ar-Rahim. Ar-Rahman means that He is the Most Merciful. Ar-Rahim means that He is the Giver of Mercy, in other words His actions are full of Mercy and He shows Mercy to His creation [As explained by Ibn al-Qayyim (d. 751H) in Bada'i al-Fawa'id].] When we mention these two names of Allah, then we have HOPE. Since He is the One who is full of Mercy, and we hope He will forgive our mistakes and shortcomings. We should never loose hope, because Allah says in the Qur'an, "O My slaves, who have transgressed against themselves! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah, Verily Allah forgives all sins (except sins). Truly He is Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful." [Al-Qur'an 39: 53] The need to have FEAR in our worship is shown by the next ayah of Surah al-Fatihah. Ayah 3: "King/Master of the Day of Judgement." When we recite this ayah, we remind ourselves of the Day of Judgement - that awful Day, when all of humanity shall stand before Allah naked, uncircumcised and barefooted. People will appear drunk though they are not. On that Day, every person will stand before Allah and account for his sins, knowing that not even the smallest action which he did is hidden from Allah: "So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom, shall see it. And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom shall see it." [Al-Qur'an 99:7-8] So when we recite this third ayah of Surah al-Fatihah, we remind ourselves of this Judgement and accountability and that should bring about in us a sense of fear - that maybe our evil actions will be too great and we will be responsible for them - May Allah protect us from such a fate. Then the next verse goes on to say: "You alone we worship." i.e. we single out Allah for our worship. And how do we worship Him? With LOVE, HOPE and FEAR. And in order to achieve these qualities, we need Allah's assistance, so we say then, "We seek Your Aid."

As an American Christian I am not surprised he was easily crushed. He never once used scripture to explain anything. God the Father and Jesus Christ existed together from eternity past to eternity future. God the Father and Jesus are one and separate as all Christians are one with Jesus bound together in the Holy Spirit. As a born again Christian you are reborn through the Holy Spirit IN Jesus Christ. Without the blood sacrifice of the perfect unblemished lamb of God(Jesus) you cannot approach God. John 14:5Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? 6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 7If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. 8Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it suffice us. 9Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? 10Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 11Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. 12Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 13And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit (Joel 2:28-32; John 16:5-16; Acts 2:1-13; Acts 10:44-48; Acts 19:1-7) 15If ye love me, keep my commandments. 16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

God has his attributes and man has his, and these are the opposite. When you understand this, it becomes easier to distinguish God and pitiful man. But this does not understand many people, regrettably. / ANDERSSON
