Hey Kai, could you make a video on how you built the container home for 18k? Or point me to some resources where I could learn? I'm looking to buy some land and think a container home would be the best bc I saw in another one of your videos that it adds value to the property if I have permits but I'm not sure what steps I'd have to take. I have a rough idea of everything that is required but I don't really know the order or specifics of everything. Thank you for your videos, it's really motivated me to stop paying rent and want more for myself!
