I am so glad to find this wonderful clip yet sad that in all of the years of living in Whitbourne and having a lifelong interest in railways, I didn't really know about this project! It's very nice to see Roger again, Bob and Bill. Best wishes, Andy

@@richardsterne2875 Dear Riuchard, The track was cleared in early March this year [2020] and then the lockdown came. As I understand it, the plan was for some use to be made of a diesel to haul some jolly runs through the summer and local festival weeks. Of course the track is now overgrown again and I wonder if anything will now happen next year. Another casualty of the current epidemic that seems to rumble on and on. Best wishes

I don't know if any of the good people involved in this little railway are still active, in spite of the line being massively overgrown now, but it would be great to see it alive again. If you wanted some help - I am still useful as a sixty year old and own a good chainsaw, lopper and so forth - I would be delighted to offer my help for nothing to try and clear the line again. George Johnson, 32, Linton Court, Bromyard. PS: The old Tile Works is so close to me, and Linton Court's boundary is adjacent to the Tile Works end of the line ...
