I absolutely enjoyed every second of this reaction vid, It was a real treat to see everyone react to this episode! "Between Dark and Dawn" is one of my favorite season 9 episodes! I kinda wish that they gave G4 more episodes that focused on the royal sisters together, And it's also a real shame that Celestia and Luna weren't given too many opportunities to sing in the series. "Lotta Little Things" instantly became one of my favorite season 9 songs. And for those who don't know, The giant turtle in the episode is called a Aspidochelone. A mythological creature that's basically a giant turtle with an island on it's back. Also fun fact: I once made a meme video of the scene where Luna gets sunburned, And in the video Double D from "Ed, Edd, n Eddy" calls Luna a nincompoop for forgetting to use sunscreen.

12:14 Strawberry Shortcake: Berry Bitty Adventures is a show that has a surprising amount of construction. It feels like every 3 episodes we see the characters in hard hats and high-vis. But they actually finish their work, usually in the same episode, and then move on to the next project. And they don't even have godlike powers. Such a satisfying fantasy. 27:25 There is actually a song about that. It's called "Monument", by Markarian. 51:00 Reminds me of that one infamous line from Arcane.

Hilarious react, so happy you guys are doing these!! I'd say if you like the concept of Between Dark and Dawn, it is a well executed version of that concept, with lots of attention to detail (as some of you were pointing out throughout). Personally I just feel like the way the last two seasons went all in on making the princesses look goofy kind of damaged the feel of the world of the show.
