The very last time Jump where everything was a wasteland was done by the villain in the few seasons after when the Pony of Darkness escapes Starswirl the Bearded Dimension prison and lay waste to all of Equestria with the interference of the rest of the villains! So the last disasterous timeline was a foreshadowing omage to the last new villain of MLP and the return of the great wizard!

SEGASister​​ I don't think they'd be aligned, especially Pinkie Pie with Tirek. All the villains have different dynamics with characters. Nightmare Moon is ruthless but won't kill unless it furthers her goal, Chrysalis appears to feed off fear and conflict as well as love if the Changeling trading cards are anything to go off of, Tirek teaming up with anyone is a joke, since he values power over all else, and Sombra has a very dominant, sadistic personality. The only one I see teaming up with anyone is Discord because he was never a big villain in the first place. He creates chaos because it's fun. While he is apathetic towards the problems of others, he doesn't actively try and cause them.
