I love this episode because the Pathfinder player just adored the humour of this episode..... just one thing got me a bit miffed, Spike shouldn't have been rolling when the other players are attempting to do something..... though that might be an old D&D rule. Edgelord? Silly Brawny, Discord isn't Jesus-kun. Still good episode, enjoyable skit and well enjoyed episode.

You know I've seen this a few times and being a D and D player, I think I should put in an input. It actually depends on the monsters armor and power of attack from the monster to show how high of a roll you need to make.Now if you were outside of combat and were doing something in the field, like looking for traps, then yes that would be a very high roll for this kind of thing but that would just give you more of a chance to find whatever you were looking for.

...not gonna lie, one of the best episodes of the season thusfar for me. Discord Episodes always slay me. since im also a bit nuts about Pathfinder, this was even MOAR fun. Personally Brawny, i LIKE Goofy at the Table at least a good bit of the time. im about mechanics when i play, constantly looking into new writings, classes and so on. ...and now i have to be that guy. neither you nor Finn were okay with them giving Discord another shot so quick here? honestly guys, im still not over the Timeline dancing from last season, nor something that no doubt your gonna cover in a future video. I get your perspective, i really do, but... on this one? not only did it not surprise me, it didn't even phase me that they did. plus it was amusing as heck watching discord try to apologize. Personally, considering these circumstances, in my utterly impartial *hides Discord fan-club hat* opinion if that had happened to me, id have pretty well done the same thing they did. that said if i had just been shoved into one of my own campaigns and not been torn to shreds before i got out, i would have wanted him back next session (gotta give the group time to rest) to do that awesome stuff. or hand him the DM crown. Can you imagine Discord DMing a campaign? its something id like to see.

Pretty sure it's in the manual, under 'Saving Throw.' But whatever you do, don't roll a '1.' I did once, and it was instant death. From a crossbow bolt, So humiliating.

It depends but here is some shorthand. 1=automatic catastrophic failure, regardless of bonuses or circumstances. 20=automatic best possible success.
