3:15 what you're talking about is something i learned to fix in college track. you’re warmup needs to spike your heart rate to race like conditions so that the start of the workout/race doesn’t fuck you up. if you’re ready to go and the motor is running, you just move. if you cool down and rest too much before a wod, the start hurts that much more for no reason. you're an elite athlete, a more intense warmup isn't going to take anything away from the metcon energy/performance wise and you'll be more prepared for 3-2-1 GO!

Have you ever had alignment issues? I have functional scoliosis and even if I just do exercises one arm or one leg at a time everything is still very uneven. I've tried chiropractors and massage therapists and nothing seems to help.

She made a post on instagram on how she found she had a herniated disk in her neck and her doctor advised against competing this year. She has been dealing with some pains in her hands and stuff and it wasn't until an MRI that she found how severe it was.
