I know exactly how you feel.... I had surgery back on 9/15/16 to my shoulder.. I blew it out..Tore my left rotator cuff, broke my humerus bone and damaged by pec... So, I completely understand.. Get well and speedy recovery!!!!

Good luck Brookie on your upcoming surgery. Sorry youll have to wear that neck brace / cone of shame for the next few weeks afterwards. My wife had this surgery in 2010 and she's been painfree ever since. She now has a metal plate with wood screws holding her head on, plus she has a cool "business style" scar on the the front of her neck. Great conversation piece.

What type of movement restrictions do you have, if any? I would assume no weight on your back or overhead, but looked like you were still killing the sled pulls and med ball. I'm sure you'll recover super quick, and I'll send you some of my birthday luck on the 31st for your surgery :)
