I constantly get frustrated with not being where I want to be, and hearing everyones doubts about my ability to come back. Hearing you be so honest about this kind of stuff really helps! I seriously cannot wait to watch you compete!!! Also, I have a possibly torn labrum and I haven’t been able to snatch for a good 5-6 months without really bad pain. How do you deal with injuries and prevent them from holding you back while trying to improve your performance? I’ve had a lot of people tell me to stop using my shoulder completely but I just feel like there’s got to be another way to get better while also rehabbing. Really big fan! I did mine in wrestling back in the day. stay positive and keep the surrounding muscles strong and stretched. Also I'm not sure why you have clips on during bench (7:22).
