Will there at least be American flags on the damn boat, I am strongly considering it but am more excited about the shortly and highly anticipated Ence program, I am curious as to what your real program is and how different it is then JTS and how much of your day to day is most likely the oly lifts, I am seeking out the place to go to suceed as I focus on my own insane journey, but one of my dreams is to make and excel at the games but dont know if I should start crossfit till I get my deadlift to 410.
