After watching the home tour vid and seeing the comments on it, I had a feeling a spiral would follow because... how could it not? But for real, it's just a video. No brain surgery or life saving efforts were required. We all love and follow you regardless and I'm sure I speak for more than just myself when I say that these moving vids are more than what we could have wanted or expected. Watching the process unfold is what we love and seeing your human reaction along the way. No need for some high-quality, overly produced and edited video around here.

I personally loved your last video showing the condo! The quality and content was all there and I feel like you were as detailed as possible in the video. I know it wasn’t how you wanted it filmed but I think it still turned out great and it showed the beauty of your condo and your excitement! When you had mentioned needing to talk to your therapist about not accepting “nice things,” I just want to validate that. I think it is completely reasonable to feel like having high end items or services are unreal. It shows empathy and humanity to acknowledge that not everyone has the means to get high end items, which is why we may not feel “deserving” at times. Just wanted to normalize that ❤ your apartment is beautiful!

Brooke, you don’t need to get everything done right away. Actually sometimes it’s better to wait a bit because you may change your mind about what you decide on. Also, you are right about NY water. Years ago it was known as one of the best tasting, however, I am a homeowner and was contacted by the city two years ago advising that the street pipes by our home has lead and needed to be changed. Hence, our drinking water was tested and was positive for lead. They did resolve things and tested several times until everything was in good numbers. However, NY’s water system now has more chlorine than it has had in years past. That said, I surely filter the water, have for several decades. And about the organizers, no worries, organizing is there thing. Ppl who use them usually need repeated service because we all buy/hold-onto too much stuff

Love the new condo! I also love the colors, I am not the all white everything type. The wood in your closets is so pretty. You might want to think about building out a murphy bed in your second bedroom. You can put storage on either side, for linens or clothes, then have a bed when needed. You could also do a desk or vanity on one side.

The stress of seeing stuff after a move in or renovation is absolutely real and I totally get it! I got to a point where I was like “if I see one more box I’m just gonna chuck it”. A physical space being clean and organized does affect your mind and reduces stress so I’m looking forward to seeing you happy and relieved after your organizers come to help get you all settled in.

I have a shower very similar to yours and have a teak stool for extra storage! It also helps for shaving your legs in the shower. Would TOTALLY recommend over the sticky shelves.

You could get a shoe rack and some organisation for the hallway closet which will then free up space in the shelving in your room and then you could also store your linen but it won’t be permanent so if need be can be moved for access

In my house, I keep the toilet paper in a closet (where like the laundry and cleaning stuff is) and only keep one extra roll in the bathroom in a little covered basket so it is not out in the open. This will help with room!

You should be so proud of all your hard work & achievements!🥰 I have a similar problem with my shower so I found a beautiful teakwood shower bench with storage on the bottom that also works wonderfully for shaving a leg☺️ Makes it feel very spa like too.
