Nicely laid out apartment. Every room is spacious and nice. The swivel chair is perfect for your livingroom. The balcony is my favorite. The pictures and artwork give it a colorful vibe. You could get some film to cover the windows in the shower but still allow sunlight in and give you privacy. 💜

Every apt tour video i watch, "We have a washer and dryer which are incredibly rare for NYC!" But everyone apparently has them! It is funny how people see them as a perk when you could just buy an apartment sized washer dryer combo for less than 1/10th of your monthly rent.

I’m surprised people don’t use upper space for storage! Even just putting a shelf wall to wall near ceiling to put items such as unused books and stuff you don’t use daily would help will feeling so stuffed into the space. Cheap and renter friendly

Awesome NYC apartment! 👏🏾👏🏾 I am a New Yorker, so I know this apartment at this size with all these amenities is extremely expensive! That’s the part the content creator conveniently isn’t saying how expensive it is, because I know it’s an obnoxious amount of $$ ! 😅 I’m sure her parents help pay for this expensive apartment, got to be between $3,500-4,500 & up range especially for that location in NYC. 😊
