"Flood" isn't always limited to water, but sometimes includes mud/sludge, debris, uprooted trees, hidden obstacles under water, chemicals, drowned stray animals, and danger if electrocution if near downed power liner or other live wires, Etc.. Then there's the black mold requiring sheetrock replacement, car insurance claims, Etc., afterwards!

The problem is the draining system. In Belgiup we have A LOT of rain, and when i say a lot i mean aaaa looooot. Our water draining system isn't that good either. But when i see NYs water draining system, my god, that draining system is horrible.
