Remember I told u bout the big cherry chocolate beers ,today went to Coldfire brewpub in Eugene Oregon,,had a 12 percent cacoa imperial stout ale aged in bourbon cherry brandy barrels,,IT WAS AWESOME !

Not a good look and I tried a few pints at Band on the wall in Manchester at weekend.. not good at all. The Pub next door had some Belters though. Had a fridge full of quality German bottles too.

Note... band on the wall is a great venue and top atmosphere. Brooklyn beer isn't for me though

I'm convinced Brooklyn Pilsner is just rebranded Carlsberg from a previous recipe and they've done the Madri effect and repacking it as an American beer to fool us

It would make a nice change to have beers stocked in supermarkets that were actually brewed in their country of origin. 90% of foreign beers tend to be breqwed in the UK and we all know thats means a serious degradation in quality. Even the stuff brewed in country of origin now tends to be 'brewed for UK' with a reduced ABV for tax reasons.

Not brewed in USA so not real Brooklyn Brewery Beer.Same with Hobgoblin being brewed in Wolverhampton.Marstons is the worst beer producer ever.Killing heritage.
