Is it bad that I’m pleasantly surprised that you guys have drank? It makes me happy to see people making decisions for themselves as they grow up (not just blindly following the church) and deciding what they do and don’t want to do/ what their relationship with god is dictated by. You can decide not to drink and that doesn't mean you are blindly following the church. A lot of people choose not to drink for many reasons other than religion.

@@hannaandersson4476 i know that, I'm also mormon. Her comment makes it seem like anyone who is part of the church and doesn't drink is only doing so because they "blindly follow the church". Which you could say about a lot of things, and I would agree, but in this instance there's a lot of good reasons not to drink that it doesn't makes sense to do so even if you want to make your own choices. (My dad being an alcoholic as one). I know she doesn't have to disclaim that, but I wanted to.
