2024 was the year I returned to running after being "retired" from it for 18 years. You guys have been a big part of my re-acclimation. Looking forward to winter GRIT and then joining you for more community runs in 2025.

2024 was supposed to be the year where I will run my first Major (Chicago). But I got my previous complication and had to undergo a surgery again. Still grateful for this year because I learned a lot of things. Onwards now to train for Chicago 2025!

Gotta agree with Thomas, the tempo was cushioned with speed but for some reason wasn't made that well and most people in Singapore where I come from had issues with the knit breaking off from the sole

Cyclone 3 looks great with the red-orange pop. Agreed the toebox is not as ducky as the Specter 2. The Cyclone is Topo's best looking shoe, no doubt. Pick up Topo's FKT insoles to add a little extra cushion.

Gotta say that Thomas' interview podcast was great. His openness allows for others who have experienced that trauma to see an example of someone who has been able to find joy and success on the other side of the pain and hurt. There is always hope! Thanks as always for bringing the laughs and fun.
