Giga Atom my friend is 5'7 155 pounds people try to fight him all the time just because he's looks weak, problem is that happens all the time through his hole life, he's now well into the hundreds and hundreds of fights against big ass guys, he can fight extremely well I've seen him knocking guys in the club 6'3 250 with one square punch in the troath and one in the back of the head, now I'm a reasonably big guy 5'11 250, with a lot of muscle and a bit of fat and even I don't wanna fight him even for fun, and I have a decent enough punch and an outstanding tackle technique, so it all depends on what kind of life you have, also he is a cop so in doesn't hurt to know how to fight.

It better to learn how to defend yourself. Lots of people pick on the weak because they can't defend themselves. Not everyone live's in the same type of area. There are many different people with different motives. The reason people get bullied is because they can't defend themselves then he/she get walked all over all the time until one he beat the bully then the bullying will stop or two bully leaves you alone or three you graduate or leave the school .I would choose to learn to be a fighter too. If someone try something you can most likely stop the attack unless it a gun or depending on the weapon.

Fighting gives you a good amount of confidence though. Ofc you wouldn't go around fighting people. But, if someone wanted to throw down and you couldn't walk away. Then knock them down and you wouldn't even be sweaty after the fight :)
