1 Year Update OWNING A Nissan 370Z Nismo!!

It has been 1 years since I bought the Nissan 370Z Nismo Edition! Such a fantastic year with this beast! Today we'll go over running costs, what I've done with the car, likes and dislikes, then finish up with WHAT COMES NEXT!! I love owning the Nissan 370Z! Especially the rare iconic Nismo edition! This car handles amazing and looks gorgeous!! The Nismo edition has the best factory seats I've ever had too! The factory Recaro bucket seats in the Nismo 370Z are so comfortable and supportive!

As far as an update **2020**. I did trade this Nismo 370Z for an R35 Nissan GT-R! I have zero regret and love the GT-R even more! However, the Z will always have a place in my heart as such a raw mechanical sportscar!

I have a 350z nismo which I just installed z1 high flow cats And it’s been like 500 miles since install and the service engine light came on. Is it ok to keep clearing the code or is there a way to clean O2 censor or just what to do to remedy the problem.

This is the dream car I want after 2 years after I get my first car. Nismo 370z 2015 onwards design is beautiful the front bumper looks more sleek and aggressive with its led strips. If i can't find a pearl white one I will get it done in colourshift paint like my motorcycle.

Just get the sport version, a lot cheaper and you can just slap a body kit on it. Only difference in performance is the tune, exhaust, and suspension.

StormRider2 a lot less than spending 15-20k more than an actual 370z nismo, But hey, If you want an authentic nismo and you can afford it, by all means go ahead. My neighbour has a 2015 370 Nismo in white and its beautiful, so jealous, but he works at the dealership so he probably got a huge discount.

I have recently bought a 370Z Nismo and I am very happy, the car is new but there is a noise which makes me worried. I think the noise comes from the drive shaft, when I go driving in first gear and I press the clutch to stop, some times I hear a metalic noise like a shake. Do you think it is normal? Have you heard something like this in your car? Thank you in advance.

To be honest bro, put a cover (towel or some sort) just to cover it when you’re driving it and take it off when you’re not driving it. KZbin has plenty of videos on how to clean suede and Alcántara

Why does everyone sell these cars? You see people fully modify Supras and GTR's everywhere! And those cars are 5x more expensive then the Z. A lot of people underestimate the VQ37 engines if you build it right and turbo it or supercharge whichever, you can bee at 700whp+ for less amount then modifying a GTR or Supra.

Ikr? I have a 2011 370z which I worked hard for and have no plans on selling. I mean you can get a single turbo kit pushing 450-500whp on the stock motor for about $6k. The motor has great potential. Sure it won't break 1000whp+ like a 2JZ or a VR38 but the cars pretty much become undrivable at those levels. I know a guy with a 350z Nismo built motor single turbo pushing 650whp and it's a fucking blast. Not to mention it's more fun than a GTR with the 6 speed and RWD.

It cost to repair fix the car in an accident. The Genesis coupe is a much more expensive car to insure because of how few of them there are. 370z's are everywhere so the parts are much cheaper and much easier to get. I owed a 2013 3.8 Genesis coupe and my wife is my car insurance agent lol that's how I know. My insurance went down a few hundred buck when I traded it in for a 2016 Nissan Maxima SL.

The upgraded coilovers I did were still a huge improvement. Made the car even more solid feeling! The Nismo setup is a huge improvement over the base car. But you can still always improve upon them

Actually if I still had the Genesis Coupe and never bought the two Z cars. I would have lost more money in depreciation. 1 year after selling the Gen I looked up values and it dropped $6k! I sold that car for $14k, a year later it was only worth $8k! Plus i was able to build amazing credit with both Z's. Trust me, the way I bought both Z's was the best way to reach my goal
