Too bad this might be the last year you get a new old school 4runner,It is reliable and absolutely trustworthy.I have no other complaints about it other than the gearbox is not suitable for high speed.Of course, I am also looking forward to the 6th generation 4runner. It's sure to update a lot of things, and may even have to do away with the 4.0 naturally aspirated engine due to emissions concerns. But every update needs to be tested by the market and users. Therefore, I will choose to observe when new models are launched.

Honestly its super quiet. You barley know its there. Only when you floor it is when I could hear it. So you should be good living with it

@@JL-fly7 Other than the color, a slight lift, different wheels and the badges, it’s no different. You can make an SR5 look just like a PRO! Will have differences in some tech though.

its not a great vehicle because it has nothing exciting or nice to it, especially taking the price into consideration. Its reliable and thats about it...Might as well buy an 05' RAV4

Which trim drives better for ordinary street/highway driving? Limited or TRD pro?

A limited! It will have more of a normal suspension setup, but I don’t have any issues with the pro. You’d have to drive them back to back to really see any differences.
