STS is better, unless you want to play Prot cause the DBW proc gives Strength which also increases your Shield Block Value, making monster Shield Slam crits possible. The music is called Black Sun Empire & Rawthang - Scorned.

That's an addon called Cheese. It adds the visual alerts from Cataclysm, which show up whenever an important talent procs. In this case, it was telling me that Sudden Death was up and i can use Execute regardless of the target's health.

It's easy to get 30% just from sockets, try getting trinkets/items that add more armpen... When u get 95% armpen u are a beast.

Oathbinder is the second best weapon for Arms Warriors after Shadowmourne. Not only does it give a significant amount of armor penetration, but it's also a Polearm, which means you can use the Poleaxe Specialization talent with it, which is the best of all the specialization talents.

You should not be using shield wall and block at the same time. Sometimes you only need block to deal damage and defend yourself when the opponent bladestorms or shit(sry i dont play warr).

protection is good too,more cc,more defensive cooldowns but the major problem is that it's not good against range dps and healers , prot warriors are dealing damage only when they are fighting vs other melee class,arms is doing ok in every matchup i guess
