So how do I know if I threaded correct in the disk? Do I push the thread right or left when putting in the disk?

I have this serger, and am finding it difficult for stretch knit fabric. The seams serged are curling and breaking when trying on the neckband. What settings do you suggest for a stretch fabric like stretch velvet, jersey, and general knit?

Adjust your differential feed 1.0 or 2.0

Can this Overlocker serge denim without the machine breaking or damaging?

Yep, it can sew denim. I tried it on 6 layers on one of my projects.
