Thank you so much! Thanks to your video, I was able to disassemble my laser printer, remove the fuser, remove the cover for one of the fuser rollers and peel out the iron on page that had gotten melted and wrapped around it. You just saved me having to take it in to be professionally serviced and buying a new fuser unit. My printer is less than 3 months old, so still has tons of life left in it. I was so used to ink jet printers that I didn't even think about printing an iron on patch for my Freeze dried candy business aprons. Lesson learned! Most of my friends were telling me the printer was junk. HA! It's working good as new.

Thank you! After replacing the fuser unit, I did not know how to reset the parts life. Of course, no instructions came with the part itself, so this was extremely helpful. I'll need you once again when the laser unit comes in. I have the Brother HL-L6400DW.

Here is the part # for Brother D01SE6001, D008AK001, D00V9L001 fuser. ONLY use OEM/GENUINE fuser unit otherwise you will have issues..... trust me! Put the part # in for your search on Ebay and you should find one.
