I woke up earlier today which is a task in itself because I get up at 5am for work everyday. But today I decided to try some stuff. I chose the yoga, conscious breathing, and the journaling. The yoga helped stretch out my back and it all around just felt good. The conscious breathing was sorta peaceful. I’ll have to work on it more but it helped me prepare better for my work morning. The journaling was different because normally I write in the evenings to sorta of release my crazy day. But morning journaling helped me relieve whatever negative thoughts my brain tried to start my day out with. It’s interesting what my morning brain has to say. I battle with depression daily so I appreciated all of those to try and just conquer it first thing!

Hey! The videos are great! And it is only the third one! It amazing how comfortable you already seem with being on camera, I can already see that you are just chill and funny dudes. I am from Argentina, and was raised in Bariloche (southern Arg.) wich is a beautiful city surrounded by mountains and lakes, known for winter sports but also lots of summer activities...
