The oat hero - made fast and simple

Ingredients:
470ml water
1/4 cube of yeast
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp salt
120 gr. Oatmeal
420gr flour 405
Mix water, yeast and honey, then add flour, salt and oatmeal. Mix everything and let it rise overnight (12 hours). Then stir to a ball, spread 2 tablespoons of flour and oatmeal outside around the dough, pour into the pan. Let it rise for 50 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, then the bake bread for 30 minutes with the lid closed and 30 minutes with the lid open.
