what kind of rod (brand, height, action) would you suggest for bottom bouncing in a place like port dahlousie?

I use a 10"6 St.Croix Avid Medium/Fast Action. This is my only setup for bottom bouncing and its worked well for me.

25lb braid to 10lb leader with a 3way swivel, 1oz bell sinker and a woolly bugger

i love fishing in port dalhouise i catch a ton of salmon from october 20th and up i fish the watetfall with skein

HardToMell o its illegal to fish the waterfall that's the salmon sanctuary. That's what I was told. But I caught my first chinook ever there just recently started fishing was a beauty. But I guess you can get big fines.

Sorry to get all fish Jesus on you but I have fished my whole life and had to change many times my actions as a fisherman example used to use frogs for bass and pike but had to give it up , just wasn’t right when I could use a fake frog anyway nice fish
