As a Londoner who has cycled for the last 10 years I can assure your air quality has improved dramatically, but until the day no black crap ends up on my tissues when I blow my nose we have more work to do. I think it’s great that classics are exempt for ULEZ. Trades in central London should be looking at electric vans, the journey distances are short.
