Air Fryer Fried Chichen:
12 pieces of chicken Legs and Thighs
SPICE MIX:
1) 2 Teaspoons of Salt
2) 1 Teaspoon of Thyme
3) 1 Teaspoon of Basil
4) 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
5) 2 Teaspoon of Celery Salt
6) 2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
7) 2 Teaspoon of Dried Mustard
8) 4 Teaspoons of Paprika
9) 4 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder
10) 2 Teaspoons of Ground Ginger
11) 3 Teaspoons of White Pepper
12) 2 Teaspoon of Sage/Ground Savory
Mix
Pour Half of the whole spice mixture over chicken.
WET MIX:
2 cups of milk
2 whole eggs
Mix and pour over the chicken
Cover the bowl and leave to marinate in a refrigerator for 3 hours
FLOUR MIX:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 of Spice Mix
1/2 cup corn starch/ flour
Take out each chicken piece and coat evenly in the seasoned flour
Rest 10 min
Recoat the chicken with wet mix and flour mix.
SPRAY OIL
BAKE IN AIR FRYER the chicken setting 380*F for 30 min until your chicken reads internal temp 165*F
Chicken comes out so crispy and inside so juicy.
