IMPORTANT! If you use a split pan, I recommend wrapping the bottom with foil to prevent the mousse from running into the cracks!
Place in the refrigerator until the mousse has completely set.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and cut into portions. Use a hot, dry knife.
