in this weekend in our life vlog we put some eucalyptus in my shower, learned how to cook potatoes, window shopped on the Facebook market place. On Sunday I went to " the bins " to see what it was all about and bought some gifts for a special person annnnddddd then of course we went grocery shopping at Costco and trader joes and gave you the smallest grocery haul ever, while checking my mail for the first time in 2 months 🤪

The white things that grow out of potatoes- remove them. Also green ones - don’t eat them. You can also cut wedges, put them in a big bowl with some oil , salt and curry or paprika powder and roast them in the oven.

I shop online, but I find all the sales & discount shops. Where I live we can only buy a limited amount of painkillers. It's lovely just to see what you're up to. @@brrookejoness We can only buy for example, 2 boxes of 16 Paracetamol at a time. At grocery stores & also at pharmacies. My own medication is prescribed by my GP (doctor), & anything that is what they call a 'controlled drug', is only given for a weeks supply. I love looking at shops too but due to my health issues, I can't anymore.😔

Womans week has been awful since the 7th grade, i still get nauseated annoyed and cry bout the onlyy time I cry, unless i think about animal neglect abuse then I bawl. I yell to get out anger more than get sad and cry lol but yah I have menorrhagia, heavy perridz and days 1 2 3 kill me I usta lay down on my cold bathroom floor and be so sick and fight throwing up I hate throwing up like Seinfeld episode when they say it's been yrs since they barfed lol ppl say it relieves them but me I'm like traumatized if I do. But now adays it hurts my stomach tmi but diarrhea it's awful tmi but facts. The only relief I get is 1 knowing ots tempoary and goes away in a week, SLEEP, and smoking bud (controversial for some I know) but works for me. I have no choice I'd be such a bitch if I didn't. If doctors would give Valium like they give antidepressants I wouldn't have to puff but valium Xanax works for some esp me but fox say they can't give it out and it's sad cuz I only need it for 2 weeks out the month not everyday. I get some from a friend from time to time tbh but it would be nice if they recognized I don't want to be on pills everyday for something I can take a week or 10days and not everyday. Always something but I stay positive, keep in shape, eat mostly vegetarian w some cheat days if someone else cooks but I'd love to be full vegan one day, that's a wholeeeee other convo and can of worms lol but yah I'm hoping the woman's week lightens but it only does day 4 5 6 still ge tot like I'm in 8th grade lol so ur not alone. My pets help regulate me too. My pets(we have 5) keep me from those times my brain wants to feel depressed but I have lil time to be feelin sorry for myself (and I'm v kind to myself) cuz my pets need me and so many more need help I couldn't ever see myself in a ball in bed for long, that's just me. And those days are necessary sometimes but yup guta get up and at em! Cookin is def something I look forward to and rescuing more unwanted homeless animals too. I am lucky to be in a position where I can do both(with help) 🤍🖤🤍💌💌💌💌💌💌💌💌🐉🐲🦎😻😺

Also night person cept in summer when it's warm im up w the sun w my 3 dragons sweet bb pets my son and I rescue sorry if I repeat myself I forgot who I tell lol alot of ppl buy dragons/reptiles, water dragons or bearded, then realize they alot of work and sooo much money and time go into their daily care like a science project for 12 yrs straight. Alot get neglected, surrendered or worse discarded and dumped em so we found we have a knack for gettin them potty trained so keepin tanks clean are so much easier. Also ours are so loved, calm and chill cuz alot of them are so scared and bored. Theyre Advertised as good pets for children they so are not. Anyway. I feel like crap in the am no matter how much sleep i get it, its hard to not be nauseated then its harder to ea but i deal.
