Welcome back. I would have thought you'd include Game Of Death 2 instead of the documentary but always good to see someone else rank the films. I see you're a Floyd fan too. I got Gilmours new album today but haven't played it yet.

@@gavnewton77 Thanks Gav! Good to see you back. I didn't include GoD 2 because it isn't a Bruce Lee film but a Brucesploitation film. Lee had nothing to do with its production basically. And yes, big fan! I have published two videos today in relation to it. I gave it a first listen today and I enjoyed it!

Having been an avid fan for 43 years, i would really struggle now to sit down and watch any of his films from start to finish due to the simple fact ive seen them too many times. I know what every scene coming up in the films are going to be and almost all the dialogue word for word. The only exceptions are the Mandarin Big Boss due to the new scenes which i havent seen (yet) hundreds of times and i get the urge now and again to watch Final Game of Death. For only that reason, Final Game of Death is my #1.

That makes sense; what is most fresh will resonate most strongly to you on emotional terms. The excitement of seeing something new in what is otherwise overly familiar is a rare and unique delight.

Fantastic ranking and great video. The legend of Bruce Lee will live on forever! For me it's as follows: 1 - way of the dragon 2 - enter the dragon 3 - fist of fury 4 - the big boss Game of death is the one I am yet to see.

@@DOUBLEA1Thanks DoubleA1! Glad you enjoyed it! For curiosity's sake watch the '78 version of GoD but try to watch an assembled version of what Lee actually shot for it (whether it's final Game of Death on this set or earlier assembled versions).

@@reel_reflections no problem and I'll get around to that. I wonder, have you seen once upon a time in Hollywood and the way they portray lee in that. Do you have any thoughts?

@@DOUBLEA1 I have yes and I'm not a fan of that scene (or the film for that matter) for several reasons. Mainly because I think it feels at odds with Tarantino's otherwise reverential treatment towards other true-to-life film figures of the time (Tate being the prominent example). Meaning I feel his attempt to 'care about' or 'remould' history is insincere at best, irresponsible at worst.

This is my ranking, pretty close to yours! 1. The Way of the Dragon 2. The Big Boss 3. Fist of Fury 4. Enter the Dragon 5. Game of Death It's a bit difficult for me to rank The Final Game of Death, because I've only watched it once, but, it's certainly one of the most fascinating documentaries I've seen on Bruce Lee.

@@safeashouses211 thanks for the comment! Yeah it is difficult to rank Final Game of Death agreed. Probably the one I had most difficulty with, but thought I'd include it just for general awareness sake.

For me it's gotta be 1 way of the dragon 2 the final game of death 1972 has that would of been a masterpiece of lees original footage if he'd of got to finish it 3 big boss 4 enter the dragon 5 fist of fury and 6 game of death 1978 has thats deffo the worst

No worries buddy haha and why I also aswell the reason why I picked the final game of death to be number 2 for me also is becoz ino it would of been Bruce lees own film the way he wanted it like he did with the way of the dragon when he wrote the script directing it an producing it the idea he had working is way up the pagoda finding a way to adapt to different styles is fantastic that film completed would have been a masterpiece finishing outside and the first 2 floors of the pagoda and what ever the treasure was he was supposed to get at the top
